Hey Everybody, we will be meeting at the Ten Kley’s home this Wednesday from 6:45 until 8:45 pm. Ben and Jeff will be leading us in a discussion. We still need two new volunteers willing to share their story to home community. If you are interested, please email Steve or let us know at HC on Wednesday. Also, our last meeting at the Ten Kley’s is the 18th. There will be no home community the day before Thanksgiving. Lastly, please be thinking about a potluck in December combined with a white elephant gift exchange!!!

It’s corporate worship and prayer at Evangel. I must admit I’ve kinda viewed this night as a night off from home community, and I don’t think that’s right. Please forgive me for viewing it this way. If anything, I believe it would be better to show up on this night than the other 3 meetings nights of the month. In light of pastor Rick’s sermon on prayer, I think we should do our best to make this a priority in our lives (prayer). Prayer changes our hearts and directs them toward Abba (our Father who never lets us down, our Father we can trust). Prayer is the heart beat of our faith, and I think as Christians we are walking around with flat lines. If you have been going, thank you! If you are like me and have viewed it as a night off, then join me this Wednesday at Evangel at 7 pm. Much love to you all!
